Description (Required):

Currently, there is no way to view the detailed log and the output files generated by the OTBI Agent execution. It only shows the last run and run status details. It is not possible to view / determine who has received the notification or files. OTBI Agents should also be having log so that it can be analyzed to see if there is any issue.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We have created many custom OTBI notifications for modules like HCM, Learning etc. and used Agents to trigger notifications to users' inboxes.

Often users notify us that they have not received the notification in their inboxes where as the agent is in success state.


This functionality is absolutely required to be able to monitor/track notifications triggered from OTBI Agents.
