Hi Mandeep, I am reviewing the results from the above query but things are looking promising Thanks so much for all the help Pam

Thanks Mandeep That definitely got rid of my error:-) I'm beginning to think I can't get all the changes in one query For my test case, only the job family name changed - no change to Job or Grade Ultimately I would want to see the 2 records with the Job Family Name = Administration and 2 records with Corporate…

HI Mandeep, I need to show changes in the Job Family Name as well as the job name, Set name, grade In the per_jobs_f table, I have records with more than one job_family_id I tried adding it to the query for the jobs ( SELECT pjf.job_code, pjf.attribute1, pjf.set_id, pjf.job_id, pjf.active_status, pjf.job_family_id,…

Hi Mandeep, I am having the same issue with the Job Family Name - it is not showing a future change in the query Can I just add that table to the Job query that you created? Pam
-
Hi Mandeep, Thanks for the fix - I can see the new job name now :-) I have a couple more fields to add for the Grade but this looks like it is working better now Pam

Hi Mandeep Here is the logic - I am wondering if the view doesn't have access to some of the data... I know that I have a Job Name change that should be pulling in from Dec 1 I tried just querying the table and for the 2021-12-01 record - the Job Name should be Administrative Support - TEST Is there any way to see the…

Hi Mandeep After some further testing, this logic doesn't seem to be working either :-( I have a Change in the Job Name that isn't pulling into the query - I tried adding logic to pull in changes that are greater than the sysdate but it didn't work unfortunately Thanks Pam

Thanks Mandeep So far this looks like what I was looking for - I have a couple of other fields to add so fingers crossed I don't end up with the same issue I had before

Thanks Mandeep, I will check with the team to see if this has been run Pam

Hi Mandeep, Thank you for all of the help. I have gotten the loader to work for those records that need to be updated. When Inserting a new record, what Source System Id do I use or can I have the loader generate this key? Pam
-
Thanks again Mandeep I now am able to get the loader to work BUT it isn't updating an existing record - it is adding a new one METADATA|ProfileItem|ContentItemId|ContentTypeId|ItemText2402|SourceSystemOwner|SourceSystemId|ContentType|ContentItem|ProfileCode|SectionId|DateFrom…

Hi Mandeep I created a TalentProfile.dat file using the following headers and information but keep getting an error METADATA|ProfileItem|ProfileCode|ContentItem|ContentTypeId|ItemText2401|SourceSystemId|SourceSystemOwner MERGE|ProfileItem|929347_PERSON|APEGS|103|12345|PP_929347_PERSON_LC1|LEGACY…

Thanks Mandeep Would you happen to have a sample of this loader? I took a look at the spreadsheet but I don't see any keys relating to the employee I downloaded the .dat file but I am not sure what fields I need to map (had to change it to a .txt so that I could attach it here) ContentItem.txt I also don't see…

Thanks for the help - I was able to find the Certificate Number in the subject area - My filter was eliminating the records I was looking for. Second part of my problem is that I need to create a loader to enter in the Certification Number. I am looking in Business Objects Talent Management -> Content Item but I…

Thanks - I just checked and unfortunately those fields are showing as blank as well :-( I can see the value on the screen - I just can't seem to find where it is stored in the subject area or base table. Pam
-
Thanks for the suggestion - I hadn't thought to look in the Licenses Folder - unfortunately the field appears to be blank even though my screen is showing data. I need to show the field on a report as well as build a loader for it Any other thoughts/suggestions? Pam

Julian, Do you have a link to the OBIEE forum? We are encountering the same issue and would like to review what has been discussed. Thanks Pam
