Ability to Recover BI Objects (Reports, Analysis, Dashboards) that have been deleted from the BI Cat

Description
We would like some sort of Recycle Bin functionality to allow us to recover reports that were deleted accidentally or by other users. At the moment we cannot find a way to recover any items deleted in the BI Catalog.
Use Case and Business Need
-- This is critical as users may accidentally delete a report or Data model which breaks other dependant processes. This functionality will allow us to recover the deleted objects.
-- Currently as we do not know anyways of recovering reports that are not backed up we need to rebuild from scratch if the report is lost.

This makes a lot of sense

At a very minimum some sort of security should be in place, so objects can be locked in and not easily deleted.

This would benefit our customers hugely and would be a really good functionality.

Product Strategy,
Please document the best practices or an example for applying the proper permissions to lock down BI folders/objects. This will eliminate the need for this ER since customers are in control to prevent the accidental deletion of reports by a user because of a inadequate security.

Though applying adequate security will reduce this issue occurrence, it cannot be completely eliminated. (Especially in lower instances where something is initially being developed and has no back ups and where access is a bit looser for development).
It would be helpful to also have details to who (which user) deleted the report/DM/object.

Agree to this idea.
If we accidentally deletes the custom report folder we should be able to recover/
