Summary:

Using Engagement Engine I need to populate my prelaunch web form email field with the logged in contact's email address. I'm pretty sure this is doable, but I can't find the documentation / instructions on how to do it (I've reviewed tons of answers and other docs). Can someone please spell it out for me?

Finally got web chat (EE) running on my test site, but I can't figure out how to default the email address to the logged in user. Can someone please assist? I suspect I'm missing something very simple.
