When running Settle Customer Claims, We are getting: Unexpected error. An unexpected error has occurred.

No further information is given. Any guidance on what to check for?

This is only occurring when we're settling using Credit memo on Invoice and selecting the item on the invoice as part of the claim settlement. We are able to settle with credit memo on invoice if we select memo line and use that option but not when selecting the item. Any guidance much appreciated.
