Default claim type and claim reason while entering Claim

Hi,

When creating a claim I need to manually enter Claim Type and Reason all the time. I saw that under "Manage Channel Claim Sources" you can default Claim Type and claim Reason but is not working. I enter it for both common set and the set linked to BU for manual Claim. See below


What am I doing wrong? is this a bug? Appreciate your help as always @shankar-b-Oracle , @Ranjith Sundaram-Oracle
