Reset my MFA/2FA for Freetier account. Live Chat could not help

Summary:

I cannot login to my Freetier account anymore. I reset my Mobile phone and hence OMA app. I need to reset my MFA/2FA for my OCI Freetier account opened in  2021, Live Chat support could not perform it as my credit card registered with the account at the time has been renewed since, and I don’t have the last digits of my old Credit card … They advised me to contact this forum. Can you help me ?
