Getting error while downloading file via FTP Adapter when file is present at SFTP

We are facing issue while downloading file from 3rd party SFTP to OIC staging area. We are able to list files successfully but while downloading getting "Error Message : No Data to process. No Data to process. File "<filepath/filename>" to be processed was not found or not available or has no content Please make sure that the file exists in the specified directory" even when files are present and able to download file manually via Winscp. Folder have read & write permissions and file have read permission.
