Update on Known Issue with Extending Service Request Edit Page

We have become aware of an issue that may be causing confusion for some of our implementors when working with the service request (SR) edit page in Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
Problem Statement
Currently, when users attempt to extend the SR edit page by navigating through artifacts in live mode, they may be unintentionally misled. Specifically, when a deploying customer wants to extend the SR edit page, the typical workflow involves opening the SR landing page, switching from design to live mode, and selecting a service request—expecting this to open the SR edit page with the correct input parameters, so the page can then be extended.
