how to migrate negotiation from one business unit to another business unit

We have business requirement of migrating negotiations having status as 'open' i.e. the response is awaited from the supplier and the negotiation under award approval. These types of negotiations needs to be migrated under same statuses to another BU.

If anyone can let us know how we can achieve this.
