OSMH: On-Prem Software Source is only available in OCI

Problem:

A software source cannot be synced to an on-prem osmh management station, and "Vendor software source details" shows that it is only available in oci

Cause:

For some software sources this is the expected behavior, for example 

  • *_oci_included* software sources are only available inside oci
  • ksplice and other software sources which will require a valid on-prem premium csi before they can be synced

Solution:

If other software sources have the problem, the following commands can be run to change this

  1. Get the OCID of the software source in question in oci cloud-shell
