Manage item quantity not changing after sales order pick

Manage item quantity not changing after sales order pick, the expectation is to have sub-inventory transfer automatically. i.e. the quantity from the sub inventory where it is picked should be decreased, and the staging sub-inventory quantity should go-up.
In our case, the 'review completed transactions' is showing, but the item quantities are not changing in 'manage item quantity'.
