Receiving RMA through API takes the incorrect customer value

I will create a SR for that because it definitely looks like a bug, however posting this issue on the forum to see if other people experienced that issue.

RMA 220303 created out of sales order ‘2309585-1-7’ with customer ‘CENTRE HOSPITAL REGION METZ THIONVILLE’.

The particularity of this customer is that there 2 different parties linked to it, one disabled and one active

Select *from hz_partieswhere party_name = ‘CENTRE HOSPITAL REGION METZ THIONVILLE’

Party id 100000001184124 which is in status ‘M’

Party id 100000006533776 which is in status ‘A’

The RMA 220303 is correctly entered on the party ID 100000006533776 with status open
