How to Remove Actions from the More Actions in Redwood Timecard

I am needing to remove certain options in the list of items that display when a user clicks "More Options" on their Time Card.

Currently, when a user clicks the "More Actions" (the three dots) on a Redwood Time Card, they are presented with options that I wish to be able to turn off.

The two I wish to remove are the "Request Change" and the "Generate Entries Using Schedule."

I try to edit the page in Visual Builder Studio, and I have found the option to order them around:

And while the description there SEEMS to say that it "Specifies which options appear on the time card" it doesn't really do that. It only seems to control what order the options display in.
