ATP Database connection timed out in OIC when using the connection with "perform operation on table"

We have a database connection setup with ATP database and it is tested and save fine and is in configured status.

When using this connection in OIC integration as an invoke activity, and selecting "perform a operation on a table" (insert/update), providing the schema, tablename etc.. at the last step when clicking on Finish, it is giving "connection timed out" error.

This issue is not happening when trying operation "Run a SQL statement".

Can anyone please advise.
