My Oracle Cloud account was terminated and I can't even know why.

My service went down and I tried to login to my account and it was unsuccessful, tried resetting the password but the password was correct the whole time. In the support chat I discovered that my account was terminated and there is no more detail about and free tier account don't have support. I want to know what happened and if I can recover it.
