Summary:

Hi Team,

In our client env - TEST pod, tried to set up guided journey with AI agent.

However when we activated the guided journey and validated successfully. Recently we observed it is not working, checked in Preview, the AI agent is not working. It keeps running in the chat window without giving any response to the user query/prompt. (ref screenshot).

All necessary profiles, privileges and setups have been configured following the Oracle documentation of 24D - AI Agent for HCM/SCM.
