I lost my MFA because I changed to a new phone, and I need a credit card number for online assistance. I renewed my credit card because it expired, and now the card number and date have been changed. I would like to ask if resetting MFA can use email verification or SMS verification. Now when I enter Oracle Cloud, I am stuck at MFA. Please help me.
