Segmentation filter to pull 24 months data

Hi,

what filter parameters are to be used to pull last 24 months of data via segments in Eloqua?

1. When we used the filter contacts who received an email within the last 24 months - it only pulled for last 12 months
2. when we used the filter "contacts who received an email before 4/17/2025" OR "contacts who received an email before 4/17/2024"
   -we were said that it pulls data back till 4/17/2023. this satisfies our need.
3. but instead of using an OR condition within same filter, when we used two different filters, we see a difference of around 70k contacts.

Please let us know what is correct filter to pull the contacts who have an activity(sent an email) in last 24 months via segment(so that we can directly exclude them from deletion.)
