How to adapt xls segment export to have instead Option Values ->Option names ?

Summary:

Hi all, when I am exporting segment ,I would like to see in excel export under Industry field not Option Value , but Option Name. To explain: for connecting data from website we are using picklist. For example : Option value is : transportation , but Option Name is Traffic and infrastructure. When creating segment and using Industry field, we always have dropdown menu with Option Name but when I export the segment , then in excel are Option Values. How can I adapt the export that I will see Option name please? Is it possible?
