FR to Oracle Reports Migration Syntax Workaround

Summary:

We have a report that leverages LSiblings, which is not supported in Reports. Looking for most efficient workaround. For context, column E is referencing CurrQTR and Column D is LSiblings of CurrQTR. We cant use "Siblings" because it'll generate additional Qtrs that arent applicable
