Unable to create Master Encryption Key for client provided RSA 4096 bit Key

Hi Team,

I am trying to create a master encryption key with Software mode and I have to import an external key. I have a 4096 RSA private key and Client certificate.

We are receiving hex string too long error and incorrect formatting error when trying to upload .bin file to create the master encryption key. Also, our openssl doesnot appear to work for this command with openssl -id-aes256-wrap-pad it gives an error. I am suspecting the value A65959A6 for iv is incorrect.

We plan to use this key to sign payload before hitting our client's external application API. Please advise how to achieve success here.
