Make "Failed to Reactivate" evident

In the Integrations list page (Design / Integrations) add the "Failed to reactivate" status. Also add a filter for "Failed to reactivate"

Currently the only way I found to be able to see "Failed to reactivate" integrations is by checking each connection . When you have +86 connections, this excersie is not user friendly.
