Questions Regarding Core Values and Category Configuration in Celebrate Module

Hi Team,
I have two questions regarding the Celebrate module. Could any one kindly help me with them if you're familiar with the process?

  1. Under my client → Celebrate → Configure Program, I created an award program based on Core Values to recognize people. Is this the place where we can create those Core Values?
  2. Under my client → Celebrate → Configure Program, there's a category section. How can we add more categories? I have attached an image for your reference.
