Symptoms

Oracle Cloud Agent or OS Management shows OS Management Hub agent not available for an existing windows instance

Plugin OS Management Hub Agent not present for instance ocid1.instance.****

Cause

Oracle cloud agent package installed is lower than version 1.40.0

Solution

Upgrade the oracle cloud agent to version 1.40.0 or later.
